Winter 2025 Polish Pottery Giveaway
Terms & Conditions

1. A single prize, a hand-painted mug imported from Poland, as shown on a picture included with the Winter 2025 Polish Pottery Giveaway entry form or substantially equivalent, will be awarded by Pierogi Trails, LLC to one participant of the giveaway.

2. Participants may enter the giveaway by completing the Winter 2025 Polish Pottery Giveaway entry form available at https://pierogitrails.com/polish-pottery-giveaway. It is each participant's sole responsibility to provide truthful answers to the form.

3. All entries made by 11:59 pm PT on February 10, 2025 will considered in the determination of the winner.

4. No purchase or financial contribution by participant to Pierogi Trails, LLC is necessary to enter or win.

5. Giveaway is open to residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C., age 21 or older, able to receive a parcel at a physical address within the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. (no P.O. box addresses permitted). Participants who do not satisfy these conditions will be considered ineligible for the prize.

6. The giveaway is void where prohibited.

7. Winner will be determined with the use of a random number generator. All eligible entrants will have an equal chance of winning. Answers to questions on the Winter 2025 Polish Pottery Giveaway entry form will have no impact on a participant's chance of winning the prize, with the exception of responses to questions that determine a participants' eligibility, as defined in these Terms & Conditions. No other communications on efforts by any participant will be considered in determining the winner of this giveaway.

8. One entry is permitted per participant. Participants who enter multiple times will be considered a single time, to the extent to which Pierogi Trails, LLC can reasonably determine that multiple entries took place.

9. Pierogi Trails, LLC will notify the winner of this giveaway by February 17, 2025, using the email provided by the participant on the Winter 2025 Polish Pottery Giveaway entry form. At that time, Pierogi Trails, LLC will request the winner's shipping address. Pierogi Trails, LLC will ship the prize to the winner within 30 days of receipt of the winner's shipping address.

10. If a winner does not reply to the notification from Pierogi Trails, LLC within five (5) calendar days, if the winner is not able to provide an acceptable shipping address within the 48 contiguous United States or D.C. within five (5) days of such notification, or if the winner is determined to be ineligible as defined in these Terms & Conditions, Pierogi Trails, LLC may select a new winner, excluding the previous winner from the pool of participants.

11. Pierogi Trails, LLC makes no warranties regarding the prize and shall not be liable for any malfunction of or damage to the prize after delivering the prize to a carrier.

12. Pierogi Trails, LLC shall not be liable for any injury to any participant or any other person arising from the use of the prize.

13. Pierogi Trails, LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time.

14. Pierogi Trails, LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant for violating these Terms & Conditions.

15. By entering in the giveaway, a participant agrees to receive marketing communications from Pierogi Trails, LLC. A participant may withdraw this consent at any time by emailing travel@pierogitrails.com
